Abstract
Heavy equipment rotary motion has huge load inertia,cyclical frequent start and stop and energy consumption,braking energy is generally dissipated in the form of heat,energy regeneration has not been a good solution.This paper proposes a new type of energy-regenerative electro-hydraulic hybrid drive system and defines three working modes of the system.The characteristics of the proposed system are investigated by taking a reversible rolling mill in heavy equipment as an example.Taking the motor energy consumption and peak output power as evaluation indexes,the influence of key component parameters on the system drive characteristics is studied,and the simulation models of pure electric drive and electro-hydraulic hybrid drive are established by AMESim.The results show that the hydraulic pump/motor displacement has the greatest influence on braking time,peak motor power and motor energy consumption,and under the optimal parameters,the proposed electro-hydraulic hybrid drive system can reduce the peak motor power by 45.75%,energy consumption by 48.33%,start-up time by 44.54%and braking time is shortened by 1.21%,compared with the original electric motor drive.关键词
