Abstract
In order to overcome the problem of large dosage of atropine sulfate and long course of treatment during the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in cattle,some affected cattle had difficulty in rumen irrigation.A total of 339 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in cattle from 12 townships in Tengchong County were divided into 62 cases in control group.On the basis of the control group,277 patients in the experimental group were injected with pralidoxime iodide by gastric tube.Results showed the average injection times and total injection amount of atropine sulfate were significantly different between the two groups(P＜0.05).The average treatment time of mild cases,the average injection times of atropine sulfate,the average injection amount and the average treatment time of severe and critical cases were significantly different(P＜0.01),but the difference of cure rate was not significant(P＞0.05).It is concluded that early administration of pralidoxime iodide into rumen can greatly improve the rescue efficiency of cattle with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.关键词
