犊牛支原体混合感染巴氏杆菌、曼氏杆菌的诊断与防控
Diagnosis and Prevention and Control of Mixed Infection of Pasteurella multocida,Mannheimia haemolytica and Mycoplasma in Calves

Abstract
The calves in a large-scale dairy farm in Xinjiang showed severe respiratory syndrome,and there was no death after treatment.In order to find out the cause of the disease,the field investigation combined with laboratory PCR method was used to diagnose the diseased materials of the dead cattle.The results showed that the diseased calves had cough,shortness of breath,and viscous purulent secretions.After autopsy,severe bleeding,congestion,consolidation,fibrinous exudation and pleural effusion were observed in the lungs.The specific primers of Mycoplasma,Pasteurella and Mannheimer were used for PCR detection,and the corresponding target bands were amplified.According to the test results,it is suggested that the pasture should be prevented and controlled by improving the environment,strengthening feeding,immune prevention and control,and combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Finally,good prevention and control effects have been achieved.关键词
