自拟石翁止泻丸对腹泻犬脂代谢的影响
Effect of Self-Designed Shiweng Zhixie Pills on Lipid Metabolism of Dogs with Diarrhea

Abstract
To study the effects of self-prepared traditional Chinese medicine Shiweng Zhixie pills on triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in dogs with diarrhea.Twelve of 18 6-month-old Chinese rural dogs were divided into Shiweng Zhixie pill group and diarrhea group with senna decoction.Shiweng Zhixie pill group was orally administered with 2 pills a day for 7 days,while diarrhea group was not given any medicine.There were also 6 blank control group.Blood samples were collected from jugular vein at 0,1,4 and 7 days after administration,and TG,TC,HDL and LDL in serum were measured and their values were analyzed.The results showed that Shiweng Zhixie Pills had no significant effect on the contents of TG,HDL and LDL in dogs with diarrhea,but the content of TC was significantly reduced.The water content and appearance of feces of dogs with diarrhea returned to normal.Through this experiment,it can be concluded that the self-prepared Chinese medicine Shiweng antidiarrheal pill has a certain positive therapeutic effect on diarrhea dogs,and has a certain lipid-lowering effect.关键词
