船舶标准数字化发展趋势初探
Preliminary Study on Development Trend of Digitalization of Standards for Ships
摘要
Abstract
As technology develops rapidly,the digital economy and the real economy are deeply integrated,and jointly build up the backbone of modern economy.The expansion of quality infrastructure,optimization of industrial value chains and enhancement of capacity building in enterprises put forward higher requirements for standards.In 2021,the National Standardization Development Outline was released,pointing out that the further development direction of standardization work is digitalization,networking and intelligence.New forms of future standards are emerging,led by machine-readable standards.Digitization of standards is continuously becoming the key and core of digital transformation of standards.This paper analyzes the current situation of digital standards for ships.From three perspectives of standardization research,standards application mode and standards business innovation,it explores the development trend of digitalization of standards for ships.It proposes referable ideas and suggestions for top-level layout,talent cultivation,in-depth analysis of the current situation and pilot application.关键词
