Research on Standards System of Data Intellectual Property Services under Background of Building China's Strength in Intellectual Property Rights

Abstract
China is a country rich in data resources and a major digital economy.Strengthening construction of digital property rights is a necessary path to make the country strong in intellectual property rights(IPR).The Outline for Development of Intellectual Property Rights Power(2021-2035)lays out the overall design at the national level,and proposes"research and construction of rules for data IPR protection".The legal concept of data IPR is not clear at present.Therefore,it will technically support data IPR to develop and improve the standards system for data IPR services,and to leverage standards,an important means and tool of national governance,which will provide consistent support and guarantee for the whole chain of creation,application,protection,management and service of IPR.关键词
