Evidence-based Evaluation of Satisfaction Evaluation Index System for At-home Elderly Care Services

Abstract
In order to study the satisfaction evaluation index system of at-home care services of the elderly in China,the full-text database of Chinese journals(CNKI 2009-2023)was searched to comprehensively collect relevant literature on the satisfaction degree of care services for the elderly at home in China.An evidence-based evaluation method was used for analysis.A total of 39 papers were included in the study,including 12 of C level,25 of D level,and 2 of E level.It is found that the current satisfaction index system for at-home elderly care services focuses on the subjective feelings of the elderly,with few indicators related to the objective social environment.Also,there are significant differences in the evaluation indicators adopted in different regions,and the use of statistical terminology is not standardized.A relatively unified evaluation indicator system has not yet been formed.Therefore,the satisfaction evaluation index system for at-home elderly care services in China is not perfect,and the principles and methods of evidence-based medicine can be borrowed to improve the scientificity of the indicator establishment process.Social objective environmental indicators should be appropriately introduced to develop a more scientific and reasonable satisfaction index system for at-home elderly care services.关键词
