Research on Standardization of Enterprise Names Based on Latest Regulations for Company Name Registration and Management
摘要
Abstract
At present,China implements the enterprise name self-declaration system,which fully respects the right of enterprises to select their names,enhances efficiency of registration procedures,however increases the risk of dispute and controversy over the right of name.The latest regulations,including Provisions on Administration of Enterprise Name Registration and its Measures for Implementation,further refine and specify the standards and requirements for enterprise names.Based on relevant laws and regulations,the paper sorts out and summarizes the basic conditions of a compliant and standardized enterprise name,clarifies ideas and key points for the standardization of enterprise names,and facilitates the standardization of enterprise names.关键词
