中国与越南水产品监管体系对比及分析
Comparison and Analysis of Regulation Systems for Aquatic Products in China and Vietnam
摘要
Abstract
China is a major exporter of aquatic products,and is Vietnam's second largest exporter of aquatic products.China and Vietnam are both trade competitors and important partners.This paper provides a detailed explanation of safety regulatory agencies,laws,regulations,and standards systems for imported aquatic products in China and Vietnam.It analyzes the differences in the regulatory systems between the two countries,and suggests the Chinese government increase investment to assist aquaculture enterprises in modern industrial upgrading,accelerate the construction of intelligence and informatization in aquaculture enterprises,improve regulations related to the quality and safety of aquatic products,advance scientific research and technological breakthroughs,and strengthen communication to carry out cooperation in various fields,at various levels,and through varions channels.关键词
