姜黄产业标准化建设思路研究

摘要
Abstract
This paper takes Curcuma longa L.in Qianwei as an example to analyze issues in the current Curcuma longa L.industry in terms of planting and processing technologies,organization,branding,and socialized services.To address these issues,it proposes specific approaches for the standardization construction of the Curcuma longa L.industry by improving environment of producing area,optimizing production environment,expanding market environment,establishing the standards system for the whole industrial chains,carrying out socialized services for the whole industrial chains,promoting informational services for the whole industrial chains,strengthening talent cultivation for the whole industrial chains,and establishing inspection and testing systems as well as quality supervision systems.The aim is to promote the high-quality development of the Curcuma longa L.industry.关键词
