Analysis and Countermeasures of Non-conformance Items of Sample Management in Food Inspection Institutions
摘要
Abstract
Sample management,which runs through the whole process of food inspection,is the key link of quality system management in food inspection institutions.Standardized and effective sample management is the important guarantee of accurate and reliable food inspection results.By analyzing the non-conformance items of qualification determination for food inspection institutions,this paper sorts out the classification of non-conformance items in sample management,and analyzes the causes of non-conformance.The corresponding methods and paths of sample management are proposed to solve the factors that lead to non-conforming sample management,and the improved opinions and tests are put forward,in order to provide reference for improving the sample management level for food inspection institutions,and realizing the scientific,standard and efficient operation of sample management.关键词
