摘要

Abstract

Aflatoxin B1(AFB1)is the most toxic aflatoxin,and it is easily contaminated in the process of plant oil production,leading to potential health threats to humans.By elaborating on the key points of quality control in important aspects such as AFB1 detection methods,immunoaffinity columns,detection instruments,selection of quality control samples in edible oils,this study proposes specific methods for quality key control points.It also suggests improving AFB1 detection quality and efficiency through enhancing personnel training and supervision,optimizing job positions,and focusing on result feedback and continuous improvement.This aims to provide reference methods for personnel training,supervision,and quality control.
