Vibration Test and Evaluation Method of Fuel Cell Stacks Based on Actual Operation Scenarios

Abstract
Based on the application scenario of fuel cell vehicles,a test and evaluation method for bench vibration of fuel cell stack based on actual operation requirements is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the load spectrum of fuel cell logistics vehicles on the actual road surface is collected.Secondly,based on the principle of user correlation and other damage,load spectrum of the whole life-cycle is extrapolated.Finally,a bench vibration test method based on usage scenarios of logistics vehicles is proposed.The research shows that the fuel cell stack has the maximum vibration frequency at 50 Hz,and there is basically no vibration above 200 Hz.关键词
