Abstract
In order to understand the quality of building steels,explore the causes and preventive measures,this paper summarizes the supervision and sampling(spot check at provincial level)of building steels organized by the Shandong Administration for Market Regulation from 2021 to 2023.It is found that a total of 23 batches of products are unqualified.The main unqualified items are weight deviation,sizes,metallographic structures,mechanical properties,and chemical composition.The paper analyzes and studies the impact on product quality and causes of non-conforming items,and proposes prevention and control measures on aspects of optimizing process control,strengthening laboratory capacity building,strictly implementing factory inspection,reinforcing supervision and spot checks,and improving publicity and guidance,which is of certain guiding significance for the production,sales,and supervision of building steels.关键词
