Abstract
In this paper,plate culture method and high-throughput sequencing technology were used to analyze the microbial community structure of household dishwashers in different cities in China in winter.In result,a total of 245 strains,covering 56 genera,were isolated based on culturable techniques.The dominant bacteria genera are mainly Bacillus,Escherichia,Cytobacillus,Aspergillus,Penicillium,and Candida.Through high-throughput sequencing,it was found that the species diversity and community richness of dishwashers were high,and the microbial community structure of dishwashers samples in different cities was different to some extent.This study laid a foundation for the targeted screening of dominant microbial resources in dishwashers,and provided data support for the development of standard strains for antibacterial and bacteriological evaluation tests of dishwashers.关键词
