Abstract
As an important part of modern service industry,science and technology promotion and application service industry is an important driving force for economic transformation and an important support for the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.Based on an overall introduction of the practical situation of science and technology promotion and application services in Gansu province,this paper follows the characteristics and development rules of the industry,builds a standards system framework with business incubation service,intellectual property service,science and technology advisory service,science and technology financial service,science and technology popularization service,science and technology evaluation service,and other services as the core,and puts forward the feasible implementation strategy of standardization construction,in order to promote the high-quality development of science and technology services in Gansu province,and increase benefits for economic development.关键词
