摘要
Abstract
The key challenge of asset management is to balance the cost,risk,and performance of the entire asset lifecycle by managing risks and opportunities,ensuring the consistency with business strategy,maximizing the value of the railway asset system,and achieving sustainable operations.How to judge the level and ability of asset management of rail transit operating enterprises,there are no mature methods and tools.By studying international standards,this paper summarizes the general practices,good practices and outstanding cases of metro asset management in Hong Kong.Combined with the process and results of the first asset management maturity evaluation conducted by Beijing MTR Corporation Limited,it also sorts out and summarizes the asset management maturity assessment method,and forms five key dimensions for asset management maturity assessment:uniformity,comprehensiveness,perspectiveness,systemization,and sustainability.It has a profound reference significance for the asset management maturity evaluation of rail transit operators and the asset management development of rail transit industry in the future.关键词
