Abstract
In the environmental impact assessment of livestock and poultry breeding projects,the types of exhaust pollutants are usually identified as ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and odor concentration,but GB 18596-2001,Discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding,only stipulates the emission limit of odor concentration.Therefore,it is still controversial whether ammonia and hydrogen sulfide should be identified in the EIA of livestock and poultry projects.If ammonia and hydrogen sulfide are identified,the implemented standards of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide still need to be discussed.This paper analyzes and demonstrates the control requirements of current sectoral standards,characteristic pollutants of livestock and poultry industry,relevant planning requirements,provisions of the Measures for the Management of Ecological Environment Standards,and standards positioning by the standards development group,and concludes that in the environmental impact assessment of livestock and poultry breeding projects,fetid pollutant should identify odor concentration and ammonia,and that ammonia should implement the GB14554-1993,Emission standards for odor pollutants,which can provide a reference for the environmental impact assessment of similar projects.关键词
