Abstract
The scientific connotation of new quality productivity is to integrate scientific and technological innovation resources and lead the development of strategic emerging industries and future-oriented industries.As a gathering place of science and technology,talents,finance,data and other resource elements,industrial innovation service complex is an important carrier to boost the high-quality development of enterprises.Zhejiang province,as the earliest province to start the construction of industrial innovation service complex,has accumulated a lot of experience and practice in the process of its development.This paper focuses on the construction mode and practice characteristics of Zhejiang industrial innovation service complex,which provides a basis for the development of the construction and operation of the industrial innovation complex in each province,and contributes the Zhejiang experience to promote the high-quality economic and social development of the country.关键词
