Exploration of the Standardization Reform Practice of Digital Government Services

Abstract
With the continuous advancement of the reform of China's administrative approval system,local administrative approval bureaus(government service management offices)have focused on their own development,and to varying degrees have established a standards system of government services that meets local realities and improves the relevant standardization system.However,in practice,there are still widespread inconsistencies in handling standards,inadequate services,low efficiency and other prominent issues.Through the research of the current status of government services,and the analysis of the problems in the field of government services in China,this paper takes the exploration and practice of the standardization pilot work of government services in the Administrative Approval Bureau of Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,and puts forward solutions with significant results.关键词
