Research Progress of Standards for Food Authenticity Testing in China

随着我国食品消费方向从"吃饱"到"吃好"的转变,食品真实性问题逐渐凸显,其不仅对消费者身体健康和经济利益产生影响,也对消费市场的稳定性产生冲击,因此食品真实性检测具有十分重要的意义."十三五"期间我国食品真实性检测标准分别在基因组学、同位素溯源以及风味物质色谱数据库等方面有了较快发展,并形成了相应的检测标准体系.为此,本文系统梳理了不同类别食品真实性检测标准的特性,以期为检测机构和食品安全监管部门在方法选用与政策制定等方面提供理论支持.

As Chines food consumption direction shifts from"eating enough"to"eating well",the issue of food authenticity has gradually become prominent,which not only affects consumers'health and economic interests,but also impacts the stability of the consumer market.Therefore,food authenticity testing is of great significance.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,China's food authenticity testing standards have developed rapidly in terms of genomics,isotopic traceability,and flavor substance chromatographic database,which have formed a corresponding testing standards system.Therefore,this article systematically reviews the characteristics of different types of food authenticity testing standards,in order to provide theoretical support for testing institutions and food safety regulatory authorities in method selection and policy making.
