摘要
Abstract
As Chines food consumption direction shifts from"eating enough"to"eating well",the issue of food authenticity has gradually become prominent,which not only affects consumers'health and economic interests,but also impacts the stability of the consumer market.Therefore,food authenticity testing is of great significance.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,China's food authenticity testing standards have developed rapidly in terms of genomics,isotopic traceability,and flavor substance chromatographic database,which have formed a corresponding testing standards system.Therefore,this article systematically reviews the characteristics of different types of food authenticity testing standards,in order to provide theoretical support for testing institutions and food safety regulatory authorities in method selection and policy making.关键词
