Abstract
For the existing problems in the underwater project quality management,this paper discusses the underwater project quality management,emphasizes the comprehensive competitiveness of companies,analyzes the core content of project quality management,including quality policy,quality management system,quality planning,quality control,quality assurance and quality improvement,and discusses the key link of project quality control.Combined on the actual cases,this paper puts forward the implementation of comprehensive project quality management process,proposes improvement measures for the existing problems,emphasizes the importance of risk management in project implementation,and puts forward an effective risk management strategy,which is of great significance to improving the overall quality and efficiency of underwater projects.关键词
