Abstract
This study aims to develop and implement a mobile badge system to solve the problems including enterprise's monitoring of employee service behavior,service quality assessment,personalized service optimization and dialect recognition.The mobile badge has built-in GPS and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi positioning modules to achieve precise location tracking indoors and outdoors.In terms of voice processing,mobile badge has a high-quality real-time voice recording function.The collected data is uploaded to the central control unit through a secure channel.The central unit uses advanced speech recognition technology,including keyword extraction,real-time speech-to-text processing,and it is especially integrated for dialect recognition,and the recognition accuracy is improved through a large amount of dialect data training and specific dialect models.Research results show that the mobile badge system has successfully implemented functions such as real-time monitoring of employee locations,automated analysis of voice communications,and dialect recognition,thereby helping enterprises optimize service processes,enhance customer experience,and improve service quality.关键词
