摘要
Abstract
This paper explores the application and precautions of project teaching method in teaching of food toxicology experimental.Food toxicology experiment is an important professional basic course for the specialty of food quality and safety.It aims to cultivate and exercise students'basic experimental skills,scientific literacy,and ability to solve practical problems.The introduction of project teaching method and the reform on curriculum can cultivate students'self-learning and practical innovation abilities,stimulate their initiative and enthusiasm for learning,and comprehensively enhance their ability to analyze and solve problems.Therefore,this teaching method is worth summarizing and promoting in the future.关键词
