Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of standardized management in the prevention and control of infections in laboratory hospitals.Methods:The investigation objective of this study was to sample patients receiving routine examination in the Clinical Laboratory of Liping Xian People's Hospital.Samples collected from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the control group for routine management,while samples collected from May 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the observation group for standardized management,with 500 samples in each group.In this study,21 inspectors participated to compare the infection control effect of the two groups.Results:The qualified rates of various indicators in the observation group after management were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The management quality level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in all aspects after management,and the incidence of occupational exposure risk of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized management for the prevention of hospital infections in the laboratory department can significantly improve the infection control rate and the pass rate of sample testing,comprehensively enhance the management level of the laboratory department,and reduce the occupational exposure rate of the hospital,which is worthy of clinical adoption.关键词
