Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of chemiluminescence standardization test in the reverse screening of syphilis specific antibodies before blood transfusion.Methods:Chemiluminescence and RPR were used to detect 200 patients,and the differences in detection rate,sensitivity,specificity and safety were compared between the two methods.Results:Chemiluminescence method was superior to RPR method in detection rate,sensitivity and specificity(P﹤0.05),but there was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:Chemiluminescence has significant advantages in syphilis screening due to its high sensitivity and specificity,but it is a costly method suitable for use in well-resourced medical settings.In the case of limited resources,it is recommended to use the more cost-effective RPR method as the primary screening method,and in critical cases combined with chemiluminescence review to balance diagnostic accuracy and cost effectiveness.关键词
