Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of early standardized treatment in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:62 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as cases and divided into groups by the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the experimental group received early standardized treatment.The patients'treatment effectiveness,lung function,blood gas analysis indicators,and occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed and discussed.Results:The treatment response rate,lung function and blood gas analysis indexes in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early standardized treatment in acute exacerbation of COPD has significant effects and can improve lung function,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
