Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between the anatomic features of standardized renal tumor images and the selection of surgical procedures.Methods:Patients with renal tumor who completed surgical treatment in Yuncheng Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and 100 routine clinical data were collected and analyzed retrospectively.According to R.E.N.A.L score,the patients were divided into the low group,the medium group and the high group.According to the operation method,the patients were divided into the radical nephrectomy(RN)group and the partialnephrectomy(PN)group.The consistency of R.E.N.A.L score was analyzed,and the correlation between R.E.N.A.L score and surgical choice was analyzed.Results:The consistency of R.E.N.A.L score was high,and the consistency of R score,E score,N score,A score,L score and total score of the system was high.They were 96.5%,94.7%,95.1%,96.2%,91.6%,and 97.0%respectively(P<0.05).In the RN group,the proportion of patients with high scores was greater than the proportion of patients with medium scores,which was greater than the proportion of patients with low scores,and the PN group was the opposite;The imaging anatomic features such as R,N,L and h were correlated with the choice of surgery(P<0.05),while the imaging anatomic features such as E and A were not correlated with the choice of surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:The R.E.N.A.L scoring system customized based on imaging features can effectively distinguish the complexity of renal tumors,and the system score is correlated with the selection of surgical procedures.The higher the R.E.N.A.L score is,the more likely RN is to be selected,and the lower the PN is.关键词
