摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of selecting acupoints for electroacupuncture treatment of shoulder periarthritis based on standardized infrared thermal imaging detection.Methods:84 cases of patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated in Zhangxia Hospital,Changqing District,Jinan City from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave plus diclofenac sodium,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture based on standardized infrared thermal imaging detection.The total effective rate,pain score before and after treatment and shoulder joint function score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group treatment is 95.24%,which is higher than the control group's 80.95%(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the shoulder joint function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on standardized infrared thermal imaging detection,the acupoint selection for electroacupuncture treatment of shoulder periarthritis has good effect,which can more effectively reduce patient pain and promote shoulder joint function recovery.
