Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized high-quality operating room nursing mode in craniocerebral trauma. Methods:A study of 88 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University, among which 44 patients were included in the UC group, and 44 patients were included in the QC group with the high-quality operating room nursing mode,to observe the nursing effect of the two groups. Results:After nursing intervention, the score of post-traumatic stress disorder, insomnia score, neurological deficit score, complication rate, postoperative 48h and 72h pain score in the QC group were lower than those in the UC group(P<0.05).The heart rate during and after operation in the QC group was higher than that in the UC group(P<0.05),and the mean arterial pressure and body temperature in the QC group were higher than that in the UC group(P<0.05).Operation time,ICU time and postoperative hospitalization time in the QC group were shorter than those in the UC group(P<0.05).The score of activity of daily living ability in the QC group was higher than that in the UC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective application of standardized high-quality operating room nursing mode is conducive to the alleviation of patients'psychological stress response and physiological stress response, which has a positive impact on the degree of postoperative pain relief, the shortening of operation time, the shortening of rehabilitation process, and the improvement of nerve function and activity ability.关键词
