Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of standardized procedure nursing in emergency ECMO treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 68 patients who were admitted to the Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from September 2022 to September 2023 for extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)for acute myocardial infarction(AMI)were adopted and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods with 34 patients in each group.The control group used conventional nursing methods,and the study group used standardized procedure nursing methods.The time spent on pre-operative preparation,cardiac function(LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF),postoperative quality of life,and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The preoperative preparation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter in the study group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,and the left ventricular ejection fraction in the study group was higher than that in the control group.After the intervention,the quality of life of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The satisfaction level of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized procedure nursing in emergency ECMO treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve the quality of nursing,promote teamwork,ensure patients'safety,and thus improve the treatment effect of patients and accelerate the rehabilitation process.关键词
