Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized management during postoperative anticoagulant therapy in patients with mechanical heart valve replacement.Methods:A total of 68 patients undergoing mechanical heart valve replacement intervention in Nanchong Hospital,Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group based on random drawing method.The patients in the two groups received routine postoperative anticoagulation treatment.The control group received routine management intervention,and the observation group received standardized management intervention.The awareness rate of anticoagulant therapy,adverse events and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The recognition rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The adverse event rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;Postoperative SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:During anticoagulant therapy after mechanical heart valve replacement,standardized management can improve patients'cognition of anticoagulant therapy,reduce the risk of postoperative adverse events,and improve their quality of life.关键词
