Construction of an Innovative Training System for High-level International Standardization Talents for High-quality Development and High-level Opening-up
摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the connotation and path of building an innovative training system for high-level international standardization talents for high-quality development and high-level opening-up.Firstly,it introduces the background and connotation of high-quality development and high-level opening-up,and emphasizes the necessity of cultivating high-level international standardization talents.Then,it analyzes problems and challenges of the current cultivation system for high-level international standardization talents,and puts forward methods and suggestions for innovative practice,including improving the matching mechanism for international standards and talents,strengthening international cooperation and exchanges,enhancing the capacity of teachers,reinforcing the construction of curriculum system,encouraging students to participate in actual projects,and strengthening lifelong education and training.Finally,through case analysis,it summarizes the success factors and lessons learned,and puts forward suggestions for the practice of innovative training system for high-level international standardization talents.关键词
