在数字化转型的大背景下,推动我国产业链和供应链数字化转型已成为提升产业竞争力和韧性的重要举措.面对产业发展对标准制定效率和使用方式的新需求,标准化工作必须进行主动、系统的转型升级.本文通过分析现有标准数字化概念和机器可读能力分级模型,梳理现有研究标准数字化关键技术的概念、优势与不足,探讨了未来标准数字化技术路线图,涵盖层级间和大类技术内容,还展望了标准数字化的未来发展方向,对于推动机器可读标准的发展和应用具有重要的理论和实践价值.

In the context of digital transformation,promoting the digital transformation of China's industrial chains and supply chains has become an important measure to enhance industrial competitiveness and resilience.Facing new demands of industrial development for the development efficiency and application methods of standards,the standardization work must conduct active and systematic transformation and upgrading.This paper analyzes the existing concepts of standards digitalization and the machine readability grading model.It sorts out the concepts,advantages,and shortcomings of existing key technologies of standard digitalization,and explores the technical roadmap of standards digitalization,covering hierarchical and general technical contents.It also prospects the future development direction of standards digitalization,which is of vital theoretical and practical value to the development and application of machine-readable standards.
