城市运行"一网统管"标准体系构建研究
Research on Construction of Standards System for "One Network Management" of Urban Operation
摘要
Abstract
As a new mode of urban governance,"One Network Management"is an important way to improve the ability and level of urban governance.Based on the thinking of"One Network Management"construction,this paper puts forward the principle of developing the standards system for"One Network Management"by using the theories and methods of standardization.This paper proposes the standards system structure from seven dimensions of infrastructure,data aggregation,operation management service,business application,construction operation and maintenance,and security guarantee.It expounds the main contents of each type of standard,and puts forward the key direction of standards development,to provide standardization technical support for the high-quality development of"One Network Management".关键词
