摘要
Abstract
Taking the funding for standardization as the research object,the paper is theoretically based on economic benefit evaluation of standards,benefit evaluation of standards,and evaluation of standards implementation effect.It builds a performance evaluation model of funding for standardization,which collects data of the index system by data acquisition method and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine weight,evaluation value,and evaluation grade of indicators.The evaluation model is used to measure and calculate the performance of the standardization funding projects in Hebei province from 2017 to 2020,and the corresponding grading evaluation results are analyzed.It provides scientific methods and guidance for the performance evaluation of funding for standardization,and plays a positive role in supporting the financial budget arrangement and standardizing the work on funding for standardization.关键词
