Abstract
With the development of the times,enterprises are paying more and more attention to the standardized management of the office,which is the central department in enterprises to upload,distribute,collect and summarize services.Standardized management of the office can significantly reduce enterprises'costs,and is essential to the normal operation of modern enterprises.However,at this stage,there are some problems in standardized management of the office in enterprises,including imperfect system,insufficient staffcapacity,lack of implementation and other problems.This paper systematically sorts out and analyzes the meaning of standardized management of the office,formulation principles,existing problems,and solutions,and provides practical strategies to promote standardized management of the office in order to further improve its standardization level.关键词
