摘要

Abstract

This paper reviews the standardization process of site selection planning for pumped storage power stations.The working scope of site selection planning gradually expanded in the 1990s.With the launching of a batch of representative stations,the idea of site selection planning gradually matured.the first edition of NB/T 35009 was developed in 2003.China carried out national site selection planning for pumped storage power stations in 2009,and 22 provinces completed the site selection work.The second edition of the standard was revised,which effectively guided the practical work.With the development of process management and technical route of site selection planning for pumped storage power stations,site selection planning has become an important basis for preliminary work and construction.Since the goals of carbon peak and neutrality were proposed,the medium-and long-term development plan for pumped storage has brought new opportunities and challenges to the industrial development.The third revision of the standard has been timely carried out to distinguish function,clarify technical requirements,and actively respond to the current demands of the high-quality industrial development of new energy and pumped power storage.
