Research on Food Safety Status and Management Mechanism of Childcare Institutions in Jining City
摘要
Abstract
At this stage,China is focusing on building and improving the system of industrial policies and regulations,standards system,and service supply system related to care services for infants of 0～3 years old.As the main content of infant care,food safety is the top priority in the construction of non-profit childcare service system and service quality evaluation.Based on international experience,this paper firstly analyzes the development status of infant care services in China.Secondly,it takes Jining city as the research object,focuses on the food safety risks existing in the operation of childcare institutions,and proposes targeted solutions,in order to explore the new practice of food safety standardization in the industry,as well as the promotable and applicable management mechanism.It is expected to assist in promoting the high-quality development of childcare services,and give full play to the leading role of Jining as a demonstration city of infant care services.关键词
