Abstract
With the continuous improvement of people's living,livestock and poultry meat and their by-products,aquatic products,and fresh eggs are important food for human.It is very important to pay attention to the safety of these foods.This paper analyzes and studies the application of food safety detection technology in the detection of sulfonamides residues,and discusses the pretreatment technology and detection technology of samples of livestock and poultry meat and their by-products,aquatic products,and fresh eggs,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the application of food safety detection technology in the detection of sulfonamides residues.关键词
