浅谈化妆品中铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌检验能力验证方法与结果
Discussion on the Validation Methods and Results in the Experiment about the Detection Ability of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Staphylococcus Aureus in Cosmetics

Abstract
In order to improve the testing ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics,and enhance competitiveness of laboratories,our laboratory has participated in proficiency test on the testing ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics organized by NIFDC-PT in a row during last two years.According to the experiment instruction and the Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 Edition),preliminary enrichment experiments and biochemical experiments were conducted.Suspicious bacteria were identified,which were isolated by the microbial mass spectrometer Microfield LT/SH Smart and the automatic microbial identification instrument VITEK 2 Compact.The results showed that the target bacteria could be detected by both methods,which met the standards of NIFDC and were satisfactory.The paper mainly analyzed and discussed experiment process and results,and discussed how to improve the accuracy of testing results.关键词
