摘要

Abstract

Fecundity is one of the important economic traits in sheep.Improving fecundity is of great significance to the development of sheep industry.With the development of modern molecular biotechnology,omics technology is gradually applied to the research of sheep breeding.In this paper,the research on efficient and rapid propagation of sheep using omics technologies such as genomics,proteomics,metabolomics and transcriptomics was reviewed,in or-der to provide references for further research on reproductive traits of sheep and improvement of sheep fertility,as well as for the application of omics technology to accelerate breeding of sheep with high reproductive rate.
