Discussion on the implementation plan of mountain flood disaster prevention and control project in Sichuan Province

Abstract
Sichuan Province has become one of the provinces with the highest number of flash floods due to its unique terrain,geological conditions,and geographical location.Flash floods are highly destructive and pose a serious threat to people's lives and property safety.Based on the causes and characteristics of mountain flood disasters in Sichuan Province,propose a governance plan that combines non-structural measures with key mountain gullies.On the basis of conventional non-structural measures,a dynamic and graded management list of hazard areas is established.At the same time,combined with dynamic warning indicator analysis,provincial-level mountain flood risk prediction and warning services and warning information release are carried out.Combined with the management of key mountain gullies,a mountain flood prevention and control system suitable for the characteristics of Sichuan Province is created.关键词
