Construction of Analysis and Evaluation Model of Maritime International Influence
摘要
Abstract
Through analysis on the key factors for evaluating the global influence of the maritime administration of China and based on the establishment of an evaluation index system structure model,this paper evaluates the international influence of both China maritime safety administration and well-known maritime authorities.It further analyzes the current status of the intemational influence of China's maritime administration and proposes countermeasures from four aspects,i.e,strengthening capacity building,comprehensive and effective implementation of international instruments,enhancing international performance,and building publicity capabilities.关键词
