基于TPB-FBN的餐饮从业者用气安全能力评价方法研究
Research on the evaluation method of gas safety ability of catering practitioners based on TPB-FBN

Abstract
Aims:This paper aims to improve the gas safety ability of catering practitioners,provide relevant departments with key safety inspection points,and reduce the occurrence of gas accidents.Methods:By analyzing the causes of 251 catering gas accidents,an evaluation index system was established based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB);and a fuzzy Bayesian network(FBN)was used to construct an evaluation model for the gas safety ability of catering practitioners.Results:Based on 232 valid data,the gas safety ability of catering practitioners in the area was evaluated through the TPB-FBN model;and the gas safety ability degree of the personnel in the area was good.Conclusions:The posterior probability obtained from the model analysis is basically consistent with the prior probability,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the TPB-FBN evaluation model.The model can effectively evaluate the gas safety ability of catering practitioners.关键词
