Abstract
AIM To understand the current situation of drug catalog management in medical institutions in China,analyze the existing problems,and propose feasible suggestions for standardizing drug catalog management,in order to provide reference for medical institutions at all levels.METHODS Using the"Guidelines for the Evaluation of Drug Catalog Management in Chinese Medical Institutions"as a reference,a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the current status of drug catalog management in medical institutions in China,and the results were analyzed by multiple response analysis.RESULTS A total of 85 questionnaires were distributed and 83 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the guidelines,the number of medical institutions with scores above 80 was 59,accounting for 71.08％,indicating that the overall level of drug catalog management in medical institutions in China was good.However,there were also problems such as incomplete drug catalog evaluation rules,incomplete establishment of drug integrity supervision groups,incomplete implementation of classification statistical analysis function based on individual diagnosis,and insufficient emphasis on the nature of emergency procurement of drugs outside the catalog.CONCLUSION Attention should be paid to the management in medical institutions,the evaluation system of drug catalogue and the management of drug information should be improved,and the management level of drug catalogue should be continuously improved to meet the needs of clinical rational drug use.关键词
