营养专科临床药师参与营养支持治疗会诊的效果分析
Effectiveness analysis of nutrition support therapy consultation with the participation of clinical pharmacists specializing in nutrition

Abstract
AIM To analyze the characteristics of consultations with the involvement of clinical pharmacists specializing in nutrition for nutritional support therapy cases and to explore the role of clinical pharmacists specializing in nutrition in consultation work.METHODS A total of 43 cases of pharmaceutical consultation for nutritional support therapy from March 2021 to February 2023 were collected,encompassing a range of data including clinical features of patients,nutritional risks screening,gastrointestinal complications,consultation recommendations of clinical pharmacists,consultation advice adoption and clinical outcomes.RESULTS A total of 43 pharmaceutical consultation cases in nutritional support therapy diseases were carried out by clinical pharmacists specializing in nutrition.The quantity of consultation cases from the departments of respiratory intensive care unit,emergency intensive care unit and department of infectious disease was listed as the top 3.A total of 47 nutritional support therapy prescriptions were issued by clinical pharmacists,of which 40 prescriptions used individualized parenteral nutrition plans for nutritional support therapy.The adoption rate of consultation suggestions was 92.59％.The improvement rate of the patients was 64.10％.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists specializing in nutrition participate in nutrition support therapy consultation,and the adoption rate of consultation opinions is higher,the clinical outcome of the cases that adopt the opinions is better,and the value of clinical pharmacists in consultation has been recognized by clinicians.The working mode of the consultation system actively involves clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care.关键词
