Effects of exergames on sustained attention function in stroke patients
目的 探讨运动游戏对脑卒中患者持续性注意功能的影响.方法 选取2020年8月至2022年8月北京博爱医院住院进行康复的脑卒中患者48例.按照随机数字表法分组,试验组24例,对照组24例.两组均进行常规康复治疗,包括常规作业疗法、物理疗法、理疗、针灸等.在常规康复治疗的基础上,对照组采用上肢功能性运动训练,试验组采用运动游戏训练.每次30分钟,1次/天,5天/周,共干预治疗4周.治疗前后采用持续表现测试(CPT)评估脑卒中患者的持续性注意功能,采用…查看全部>>
