Correlation between white matter hyperintensity imaging load and clinical characteristics in cerebral small vessel disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To clarify the correlation between white matter hypersignal and imaging load and clinical features in cere-bral small vessel disease. Methods A total of 121 patients with cerebral small vessel disease were included in this study.Medical history collection, clinical feature analysis, cognitive evaluation, and magnetic resonance imaging were performed on these patients, and their white matter lesions and image load were scored.Perform stratified analysis and correlation analysis on the above results, and finally conduct linear regression analysis to identify the clinical influencing factors of white matter hyperintensity and image load in patients with cerebral small vessel disease. Results This study found that in patients with cerebral small vessel disease, white matter hyperintensity was associated with a history of stroke, cardiovascular disease, and cognitive function(P<0.05).The imaging load score is associated with a history of hypertension, stroke, cardiovascular disease, and cognitive function(P<0.05).Further cor-relation analysis and linear regression still indicate that white matter hyperintensity is associated with a history of stroke and cognitive function(P<0.05);and that the imaging load score is related to the presence of stroke, history of cardiovascular disease, and cogni-tive function(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive function and a history of stroke are independent risk factors affecting white matter hyperintensities and total imaging burden scores in patients with cerebral small vessel disease.关键词
