Abstract
The elderly account for a high proportion of breast cancer patients in China.Due to the low early detection rate,many patients have reached the late stage of breast cancer when diagnosed,and missed the opportunity for early diagnosis and treatment.At the same time,older women have less means to acquire breast cancer prevention and control knowledge,and lack of awareness of breast cancer,so they cannot effectively self check and improve their own health behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to actively im-prove the elderly's knowledge,belief and practice level of breast cancer prevention and control,so as to improve the level of breast cancer prevention and control.This paper analyzes the status quo of knowledge,belief and practice of breast cancer among elderly women by sorting out the research literature on the elderly's cognitive level of breast cancer,breast cancer prevention attitude,and breast cancer prevention behavior status,and proposes to improve the elderly women's cognitive level of breast cancer,breast cancer prevention attitude,and early screening behavior level of breast cancer through targeted intervention,breast cancer prevention knowl-edge publicity and education activities,so as to provide reference for the elderly women's breast cancer prevention policy.关键词
